Holiday Lights Tour Increases Due to Demand

Due to high demand the Holiday Lights Tour has expanded to offer two dates, December 4 and 5 from 5-8 p.m. for the tour of lights through downtown Green Bay. Increased demand this year has motivated organizers to plan a second date.

Head downtown and hop on the free Green Bay Metro Transit bus that will be touring Downtown, Olde Main Street and Broadway Districts along with the Astor Park neighborhood (see attached route).

Two buses will be available on Thursday, December 4 from 5-8 p.m. starting at the Daily Buzz (130 E. Walnut St.) and the Urban Frog (163 N. Broadway). Buses will then follow the same route. Friday, December 5 will also run the same route with one bus from 5-8 p.m. starting at the Daily Buzz.

Attendees are encouraged to grab a bite to eat, a hot drink and shop downtown before, after and during the event. Specials for local businesses will be offered to those who take part in the event. Friday from 5-9 p.m. the Winter Wine Walk will also take place at participating shops in the On Broadway District.

The Holiday Lights Tour is coordinated by Downtown Green Bay, Inc., Olde Main Street, Inc. and On Broadway, Inc. General questions about the event can be directed to Brehanna Skaletski at 920.639.9678 or e-mail  All events are listed on
