DOWNTOWN

Downtown Green Bay is a vibrant community and has a growing city center with arts, entertainment, shopping, dining service businesses and holds over 350 events annually. The Downtown, Olde Main and On Broadway Business Districts shape Downtown Green Bay, each represented by a non-profit organization working to improve their respective areas.

Downtown District

The historic center of Green Bay, the Downtown District includes the geographic area from Main to Mason, the Fox & East Rivers. By day, it functions as the government and office center and by night, a thriving dining and cultural scene with theatre, pubs and events.

Olde Main Street District

Green Bay’s arts district, Olde Main runs down Main Street and the East River from Monroe to Grove St. (Three Corners). You can find local art galleries like the ARTgarage plus cutting-edge creative class businesses alongside authentic ethnic grocery stores and local restaurants.

 

On Broadway District

Green Bay’s “Mall-ternative,” the Broadway District includes businesses from the Fox River to Ashland Avenue bounded by Mather and Mason. The district is made up of eclectic shops and local, authentic dining establishments plus is home to the famous Wednesday Farmers Markets on Broadway among other great events.
