On the menu at The Pub, located at the Hyatt on Main, is this BBQ Shredded Pork sandwich.  And it begs to be eaten with a fork. Served open faced on a toasted pretzel bun is a heaping of tender house smoked BBQ shredded pork.  A cool crunchy coleslaw and rings of red onion complement the savory BBQ and completes the construction of the sandwich.  Slices of deli pickle and a side choice of seasonal fruit (seen here), coleslaw or seasoned french fries are part of the order.

Oh, and wet naps, which will be necessary if you decide to forego the fork.
